Direct-heating electric convector ELÍZ ECW 100 WIFI is equipped with electronic control with a timer, LED display and WIFI control. ECW convectors comply with the new ERP standards for heating energy efficiency. Electronic control with an electronic thermostat saves at least 20% of operating costs compared to convectors with a mechanical thermostat. The convector offers switchable output of 500 W/1,000 W and is an ideal solution for heating rooms in households and offices up to 14 m2 in size. Heating is provided by an X-shaped aluminum heating element with a long service life, ensuring fast heating and optimal warm air flow. The electronic control with an LED display located at the top allows you to set and use the convector in manual mode or in automatic mode with a timer. In both modes you can set the desired temperature, which the convector will automatically maintain in the room within the range of 5-45 °C. In timer mode, it is possible to set various time periods during which the convector will heat. The electronics are also equipped with a child lock function, which, when activated, locks the buttons on the control panel. The display dims after the setting is completed and when inactive. The convector is primarily designed as a wall-mounted convector (the wall mounting bracket is included in the package), but it can also be used as a portable convector on legs with castor wheels (the legs are also included in the package). Thanks to IP 24 protection, it can also be safely used in the bathroom. For safety, the convector is equipped with automatic shutdown protection in case of tipping over and falling off the wall, overheating protection and a child lock. In the event of a power supply interruption and its subsequent reconnection, the convector goes into OFF sleep mode; it is necessary to turn it back on to ON mode either mechanically/manually or remotely via the WIFI application, or to set the timer to turn on during times of power outages (heating tariff, HDO) so that it automatically switches to ON mode and continues heating.
