ELÍZ pressurized instantaneous water heaters of the ELX and EHT series heat water directly as it flows through, without the need for a storage tank. Water is heated only at the moment it passes through the heater, so there's no waiting for a tank to heat up and no heat loss while it sits idle.

Models EHT 3.5 to 5.5 kW as well as ELX 10 and 12 kW are suitable for connection to multiple outlets in a household, as they are pressurized units connected to the water supply throughout the entire apartment or house.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the difference between a pressurized and non-pressurized instantaneous water heater? A pressurized heater is connected to the water supply and can supply multiple outlets at once, while a non-pressurized one only serves a single tap.
  • What power output is needed for a shower? For comfortable showering we recommend at least 8-10 kW, making the ELX 10 and 12 models a suitable choice.
  • Does an instantaneous water heater need a separate circuit breaker? Yes, for outputs above 3.5 kW a separate power line and circuit breaker are usually required; we recommend having the connection done by an electrician.
