The EHT model is an electric instantaneous water heater with pressure operation and hydraulic switching. Due to its design, it is intended for connection to only one draw-off point and universal installation below or above a washbasin / kitchen sink. If needed, the heater's outlets can be rotated in any direction, both vertically and horizontally - 360° installation. The heater can be connected to either a pressurized or non-pressurized water tap. When installed below a washbasin, it is connected to a standard washbasin faucet. When installed above a washbasin, the heater can be mounted directly onto any sink faucet with an outlet spacing of 30 mm. Water heating occurs the moment water flows through the heater, so energy is consumed only during the heating process. Thanks to using the heater directly at the draw-off point and short water pipe runs, heat losses are completely eliminated. An indicator light allows monitoring of the ongoing heating process. EHT instantaneous water heaters are not suitable for supplying a shower as a draw-off point. The ELÍZ EHT 4.5 instantaneous water heater is supplied with an economical aerator insert (flow regulator), the use of which achieves an optimal water temperature at an economical flow rate, especially at low inlet cold water temperatures. It is equipped with a thermal fuse against overheating of the water with a reset function.
