ELIZ EURO heaters with a dry ceramic heating element have the heating insert housed in a ceramic sleeve, out of direct contact with the water. This makes the element significantly more resistant to limescale build-up and gives it a longer service life compared to classic immersion elements.

A wide range of capacities from 51 to 201 litres is available, so you can choose a model exactly to match the size of your household and the installation space. The EURO 151 Z model is designed for vertical mounting.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the advantage of a dry ceramic element over a classic one? The element is not in direct contact with the water, so limescale does not build up on it, and replacement or servicing is easier without having to drain the tank.
  • Are these heaters also suitable for areas with hard water? Yes, it is precisely in areas with harder water that the dry ceramic element is appreciated the most, thanks to its lower susceptibility to scale.
