Household adsorption dehumidifier MEACO DD8L
MEACO DD8L series dehumidifiers are desiccant dehumidifiers that have no compressor or heat exchanger, and therefore stand out for their light weight, quiet operation and higher energy efficiency than traditional dehumidifiers.
The use of a desiccant rotor wheel instead of a compressor means that the performance of this dehumidifier is not affected by ambient temperature and its dehumidifying output stays the same at any temperature. This means that at normal room temperature its dehumidifying output is similar to a 20-litre compressor dehumidifier, while at temperatures below 10°C its performance is similar to a 30-litre dehumidifier.
The fact remains that the MEACO DD8L dehumidifier works excellently at lower temperatures. Besides drying, it:
- warms the air by 10-12°C,
- has a drainage facility,
- automatically restarts after a power outage.
Use:
- on boats, in cars, weekend houses and caravans.
