The heating elements are housed in special sleeves and are not in direct contact with the water. Unlike conventional heating elements, this technology significantly limits limescale formation and build-up, substantially extending the service life and proper operation of the appliance. Thanks to the use of two heating elements in the heater and their independent electrical wiring, the user is never left without a supply of hot water. The probability of both elements failing at the same time is very low, so at least one heating element will always provide an emergency supply of hot water until a service technician can attend. The elements can be replaced very easily, without needing to drain the water from the appliance.
