QUADRIGA GF gas water heaters are designed for wall mounting, with flue gas discharge into a chimney at a maximum distance of 3 m from the heater.They represent the cheapest version of a storage-type water heating appliance. They are installed in households, guesthouses, restaurants, hairdressing salons. The water and gas connections are located at the bottom rear of the heater, which makes installation easier without disrupting the heater's overall design.

Main components of QUADRIGA heaters:

- Polyurethane foam insulation - its density and thickness are greater, and its insulating properties allow for economical operation and fuel savings. Heat loss with this type of insulation is minimised. The material used contains no CFC freons.

- Steel tank - made of special steel. The shape of the tank prevents limescale from settling and hardening in places inaccessible to the swirl system and allows for thorough cleaning of the tank (ACD SYSTEM).

- Double-layer titanium enamel - forms the inner protective layer of the tank. This perfectly smooth vitreous porcelain enamel (the so-called VIDRON/E method) prevents limescale particles from adhering to the tank wall, thereby protecting the tank against corrosion. The tank is tested by the manufacturer at a test pressure of 1.6 MPa (16 bar).

- Magnesium anode rod - protects against the effects of electrolytic corrosion. It weighs 200g/m2 and is replaceable in every heater.

- Water swirl system - achieved by the flow of water into the tank and a specially shaped end of the inlet pipe, which reaches down to the bottom of the tank. This prevents limescale particles and other impurities from settling and forming a continuous layer on the bottom of the tank, which would shorten the heater's service life, reduce efficiency and increase gas consumption. The swirl system stirs up the volume of the tank, flushing out these particles.

- Piezoelectric igniter - makes commissioning the appliance easier and is extremely reliable

- Safety valve - combined with a non-return valve and set to an opening pressure of 0.8 MPa (8 bar).

- Drain valve - an opening with a valve at the bottom of the tank, used to drain water from the heater when cleaning the tank or to connect a hot water circulation loop.

- POLIDORO burner - a tiered burner made of stainless steel, characterised by a long service life, high efficiency, low levels of pollutants in the flue gases and perfect gas combustion.

- Outer casing - meets all aesthetic and technical requirements. The surface colour is applied using an eco-friendly powder-coating method.

- EUROSIT MINISIT 630 combined gas valve - with triple safety protection (regulating thermostat, thermocouple that shuts off the gas supply if the flame fails, and an emergency ECO thermostat that shuts off the appliance if the water in the tank overheats). Built-in gas filter. The valve also has a temperature regulator (35-70°C) that is easily accessible and simple, trouble-free to operate.

- Flue gas draught retarder - made of stainless steel sheet. It is a specially shaped baffle inside the flue that keeps the hot flue gases in the flue for longer, allowing flue gas heat to be transferred to the water in the tank around the flue and thereby increasing the heater's efficiency. Once the water is hot, it slows the airflow, reducing heat loss.

- Condensate collector - a sheet metal panel bent into a bowl shape around the combustion chamber. During operation it prevents condensed water from dripping onto the tank's support leg, protecting the main burner and tank stand from damage.

- PB (propane-butane) nozzles - nozzles for use with propane-butane gas can be supplied on request
