SALUS T105RF - a weekly programmable room thermostat with a backlit display, in a wireless version with a receiver.


The room controller, also known as a weekly thermostat, can be connected to almost all gas, electric, wood, pellet or coal boilers that support two-point switching. The thermostat allows a weekly program to be set, i.e. a different program or schedule for each day. The package includes a receiver, which must be connected to the boiler. The SALUS T105RF controller can also switch various other high-power appliances, since its switching voltage is up to 16A. These include, for example, convector heaters, infrared heaters, air conditioners, and circulation pumps for the boiler room.

The range of the thermostat and receiver is approximately 150 metres in open space.

The thermostat allows two temperatures to be set: a day temperature, used for heating during the day, and a setback temperature, used for example at night. The SALUS T105RF thermostat also has advanced functions, such as setting the boiler switching differential, where the exact difference between switching the boiler on and off is defined. This prevents the boiler from switching too frequently. There is also an option to set manual mode, where the controller can be switched to heating immediately, even if it is set to setback mode.

The thermostat also has anti-frost protection at 7°C, which is especially useful for weekend houses or cottages.

The package with the controller includes an installation manual, screws and wall plugs for wall mounting.

The SALUS T105RF also includes a small stand, so it can be placed for example on a cabinet, meaning wall mounting is not required.

The display can show an indication of the boiler switching on, the current and set temperature on the thermostat, the selected program, the day of the week number, the current time, and a heating or setback indicator.
