Hello, 1) is the "Junkers set of connecting elbows" needed and suitable for the Junkers Cerapur Compact ZSB 14-1 DE boiler - or does this boiler already have built-in shut-off valves (or are they included in the delivery)? Why is it referred to as "elbows" - since the picture only shows straight pieces? And why are there only 4 valves in the picture when the boiler has 5 outlets that need shut-off valves installed (if they aren't there from the factory)? 2) I wasn't able to find the hydraulic resistance values (zeta) for the PEX-Al-PEX screw fittings in your range. If you don't have them available, could you perhaps tell me the manufacturer's name? (I know that "professionals" don't lack this kind of information - but I'm a layman and amateur ;) thank you, Milan Horniak

Hello, thank you for the answer - however, I still haven't understood whether those valves need to be ordered separately, or whether they are already there, and I don't understand at all why I would need some kind of mounting plate??? I would note that I have already seen many boilers from other manufacturers (specifically Attack, Ferroli, Geminox, Buderus) and - as far as I know - not a single one required any "mounting plate", with the isolating valves either being part of the construction, or at least it being clear that they needed to be added externally. Hello. You basically don't need the plate. It only serves as an aid for the installers who are going to do the installation. It allows the supply lines to be prepared in advance according to this plate, and then the boiler is simply mounted onto it. This plate already comes fitted with valves. Otherwise, you don't need it at all. Have a nice day

Hello, for the product "Mounting plate + accessories" you have listed the Junkers catalogue numbers: 7 719 000 660 and 7 736 900 922. According to the document "Project documentation for Junkers Cerapur Compact boilers [SK]" - chapter 8.1 "Installation accessories" - the code 7 736 900 922 ("connecting pipe between the Cerapur Compact boiler and plate no. 258, 869, 415...") - i.e. no. 492 - is indeed correct, but the "Mounting connection plate for natural gas WITH SHUT-OFF VALVES" - Accessory no. 869 - has the catalogue number 7 719 002 091 (or the whole Set no. 869 + Connection has the number 7 738 502 410). Moreover, the mounting plate no. 258 with catalogue number 7 719 000 660 doesn't appear here at all :( This plate isn't of interest to me anyway, because according to photos found online it contains NO valves at all... I would therefore kindly ask you for information on whether the above-mentioned set no. 7 738 502 410 (or 7 719 002 091 + 7 736 900 922) can be ordered from you, and what its price would be (including VAT).

Hello, I appreciate your willingness to help and thank you for the quick replies, but your information is unfortunately in stark contradiction with the official information from the Junkers company: https://junkers-cz.resource.bosch.com/media/ttcz/dokumentace/projek_n__podklady/plynov__kondenza_n__kotle/sk_cerapurcompact.pdf - pages 99 to 101 - chapter: "8 Installation accessories", as well as with photos from various online sources. On the other hand, it's starting to become clear to me that this accessory is evidently unnecessary, probably ill-conceived, and clearly overpriced - so I might be the only one bothered by it :) Kind regards, MH
