System board UHP 300 is used as thermal insulation and an installation system for underfloor heating. The board can be used in residential buildings, public buildings, and offices. The boards are designed to hold heating pipes firmly in place without the need for additional fastening systems. Boards are joined using locks that allow gap-free connections, thereby preventing the formation of thermal bridges.
The boards should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and building structures in accordance with current binding construction regulations. The surface should be level and dry. When used directly on the ground, it must be fitted with a vapour barrier. Use an expansion gap between the board and the wall. Do not expose the boards to direct contact with chemical substances that adversely affect polystyrene.
The boards are supplied in the manufacturer's original packaging. Each package contains a label including: product description, date and production code, quality certificate, manufacturer's address, technical parameters. The boards should be stored in a place that ensures protection against mechanical damage and variable weather conditions, especially direct sunlight and moisture. Road transport vehicles must be suitable for transporting goods that could easily be damaged, i.e. without protruding sharp edges, no damaged components in the load, with a waterproof roof covering.
