A set consisting of a Vaillant atmoTEC/turboTEC VU CZ/SK low-temperature boiler with an external VIH R 150-litre storage tank is intended for larger households (4 or more people) or buildings with higher hot water consumption - for example houses with multiple bathrooms.
The range includes Vaillant atmoTEC plus VU 200/3-5, 240/3-5, 280/3-5 and turboTEC plus VU 202/3-5, 242/3-5 models, each combined with a VIH R 150 storage tank. These are low-temperature (non-condensing) boilers - they have lower efficiency than condensing models, so they are suitable especially when replacing the same type of boiler in an older system.
For lower hot water consumption a smaller volume is sufficient - see 70 litres or 120 litres.
