The premium electronic pressure instant water heater CEX7-U (6.9kW / 400V) combines outstanding functionality with modern design. This well-engineered, compact instant water heater with adjustable temperature fits into any kitchen, kitchenette or bathroom. It automatically regulates the outlet hot water temperature based on the flow rate and inlet water temperature. During everyday use, the temperature is set directly on the LED display using sensors. Two temperatures can be stored in memory.

C-compact instant water heater vs small water heater tank

The C-compact electronic instant water heater (CFX-U, CEX, CDX) with an output of 11-13.5 kW and a flow rate of 5 l/min at a heating temperature of 45 °C was compared with a 5-litre storage water heater tank (standby energy consumption of 0.25 kWh/day at 65 °C); the required volume of hot water consumed was 7.5 l in a standard 3-person household, with the following parameters:

• Daily use per person: 2 minutes
• Operating temperature: 45 °C
• Number of days of use: 340 days
• Electricity price per kWh: EUR 0.25
• Cost of water and waste water: EUR 4.30 per m³

Thanks to the lower water consumption due to CLAGE's economical fittings and the correspondingly much lower energy consumption compared to conventional small water heater tanks, the E-compact instant water heater saves you up to EUR 90 per year.
