- M – small instant water heater – one point of use, 230 V.
- C – compact instant water heater – shower, higher output.
- D – comfort instant water heater – whole household, 18 – 27 kW.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the difference between the M, C and D series? It comes down to increasing output and number of points of use – M for a single tap, C for a shower, D for the whole household with multiple simultaneous draw-offs.
- How do I choose the right output? As a guide, 18 – 21 kW is enough for one shower; for multiple simultaneous draw-offs you need 24 – 27 kW or a model from the D series.
- Can the heater be controlled via phone? Selected models support WiFi and remote control via the HSX home server.
