A classic (separated) DN80 flue routes air intake and flue gas exhaust through two separate pipes with a diameter of 80 mm – unlike a concentric system, where both functions are in a single pipe. This option is especially suitable where air intake is needed from a different location than the flue gas exhaust, or for longer runs.
In our offer you will find elbows (45°, 87°), extensions of various lengths, centering collars and chimney terminals – everything needed to fully assemble a separated exhaust system according to your boiler and boiler room layout.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Which boilers is the classic DN80 flue suitable for? For condensing boilers that have separate intake and exhaust connections with an 80 mm diameter – the exact type can be found in the manual for your specific boiler.
- Can I assemble the components myself? Yes, we offer elbows, extensions and terminals needed for the complete assembly – if you are unsure about the design, we will gladly advise you based on your boiler.
- What is the difference compared to a concentric flue? The classic (separated) system routes intake and exhaust through two separate pipes, while a concentric system carries both in a single pipe (pipe within a pipe).
