Geminox ZEM 2-17 C condensing boiler

The ZEM 2-17C boiler belongs to the ZEM C model range – heating-only boilers with the option of connecting an external DHW cylinder.
The Geminox ZEM range of gas condensing boilers is an excellent alternative wherever it is not possible, or not necessary, to use the full range of functions offered by the top-of-the-line Geminox THRi condensing boiler range.

ZEM boilers come in two output variants. The first, with an output range of 2.4 to 17.2 kW, is intended for basic applications in flats and new buildings. The very low minimum output allows, unlike most competing products, optimal heating at the most common winter temperatures close to 0 °C. The sufficient maximum output then guarantees high comfort in hot water preparation with an optional indirectly heated external or integrated cylinder (ZEM 2-17 M 50 V), and is incredibly comfortable when combined with the integrated 42-litre charging cylinder (ZEM 2-17 M 50 H), which guarantees a specific flow rate of up to 13.6 ℓ/min of hot water!

The second output variant, 5.0 to 25.2 kW, is the ideal choice for older buildings with a single heating circuit, and especially for generational appliance replacement. The 25 kW output is essential for instantaneous DHW heating in the plate heat exchanger (ZEM 5-25 SEP).

Both output models with an integrated DHW cylinder are attractive for their performance parameters, compact dimensions, as well as favourable price for developer projects involving mass construction of flats with a standard bathroom.
