The small unvented electric instant water heater M3 SMB (3.5 kW / 240 V) is a complete set — an unvented electric instant water heater M-O supplied with the matching unvented tap SMB, designed for installation above a washbasin or a kitchen sink. Thanks to its efficient heating element it reduces the cost of heating hot water and is designed to replace or substitute small storage tanks and cylinders combined with unvented taps. It saves money, saves space, has a low purchase price and a quick installation — that's the CLAGE instant water heater.

Small electronic instant water heater vs. small water tank

The M small instant water heater M3 (output 3.5 kW at a water flow rate of 1.8 l/min) was compared in the sanitary room of an office building with a 5-litre water tank (standby energy consumption: 0.25 kWh/day and tap flow rate of 5 l/min) using the following parameters:

• Daily frequency of use: 10 times
• Duration of use: each heater for 10 seconds/use
• Set temperature: approximately 38 °C
• Number of days used: 230 days
• Electricity price per kWh: EUR 0.25
• Cost of drinking and waste water: EUR 4.30 per m³

Thanks to lower water consumption through CLAGE's economical taps, and therefore much lower energy consumption compared to ordinary small water tanks, the M small instant water heater can save you up to EUR 70 per year.
