The compact unvented electric instant water heater M7 SME (6.5kW / 400V) is a complete set - the unvented electric instant water heater M-O supplied with a matching unvented tap SMB, designed for installation above a washbasin or kitchen sink. Thanks to its efficient heating element system, it saves on hot water heating costs and is designed as a replacement for small storage water heaters and tanks combined with unvented fittings. It saves money, saves space, has a low purchase price and quick installation - that's the CLAGE instant water heater.

Small electronic instant water heater vs small water heater tank

The M-small instant water heater M3 (3.5 kW output at a water flow rate of 1.8 l/min) was compared in a sanitary room of an office building with a 5-litre storage water heater tank (standby energy consumption: 0.25 kWh/day and tap flow rate of 5 l/min) with the following parameters:

• Daily frequency of use: 10 times
• Duration of use: each heater for 10 seconds/use
• Set temperature: approximately 38 °C
• Number of days of use: 230 days
• Electricity price per kWh: EUR 0.25
• Cost of drinking and waste water: EUR 4.30 per m³

Thanks to the lower water consumption due to CLAGE's economical fittings and the correspondingly much lower energy consumption compared to conventional small water heater tanks, the M-small instant water heater saves you up to EUR 70 per year.
