Rojek KTP 25 gasification boiler for wood and solid fuel with a cooling loop.

• The boiler's design is original, as the combustion process is handled completely differently from commonly available gasification (pyrolytic) boilers. This design combines dual (two-stage) combustion, which in practice means approx. 80 % gasification and approx. 20 % classic burn-out. Thanks to the combination of both types of combustion, perfect utilisation and burn-out of the fuel is achieved.
• The double-jacketed welded steel construction (inner sheets 5 mm thick, outer 4 mm) is filled with water, and water is also present in the fixed grate, made of heat-resistant tubes. This design solution ensures maximum transfer of thermal energy and at the same time extends the boiler's service life.
• The supply of both primary and secondary air can be easily regulated, achieving optimal combustion and a long fuel burn-out time. Secondary air is supplied from both the front and rear of the boiler, ensuring even burning along the entire length of the grate.
• It is possible to burn a wide range of fuels, which can be combined (mixed). The Rojek boiler is designed for burning firewood, short piece wood (a product of wood chippers manufactured by Rojek), wood waste, wood briquettes, pellets, fresh sawdust, wet wood chips and other wet biomass. Another possible alternative fuel is brown coal, black coal and coke.
• The manufacturer does not make the product warranty conditional on burning only dry wood with a residual moisture content of max. 18–20 %. It is also possible to burn wet fuel or biomass, which eliminates owners' concerns about space for fuel storage and drying. This saves them time and energy spent handling the fuel.
• The boiler is designed for a smaller chimney draught of 10–12 Pa. Thanks to this advantage, it does not need an electric extraction fan to operate. The boiler can therefore be easily regulated even in the event of a power outage. At the same time it saves money, as it does not consume electricity, the price of which keeps rising. Another benefit is the quiet operation of the boiler without a fan (undisturbed and peaceful sleep for the owners).
• The boilers are equipped with a cooling loop and allow operation both with gravity circulation of the heating water and with forced circulation by a pump.
• The boilers meet the requirements of the EN 303 – 5 standard.
