Automatic  VARIMATIK boilers are designed for burning brown coal, nut grade 2-3. They are manufactured in power ranges: 15, 20, 25, 45, 65, 100, 200 up to 300 kW. Boilers of unrivalled high quality with perfect combustion on a rotating cast-iron grate. You can save up to 70% of costs compared to gas heating! In the boilers, coal is  fed by gravity cyclically onto the rotating grate at intervals so that the coal on the top part of the rotating grate burns out completely and the waste is as small as possible. The flue gas fan, which is included in the price, is standardly supplied up to a boiler output of 100 kW, blows air into the interior of the grate and thereby supports combustion. The resulting flue gases are led into the flue gas heat exchanger. From the boiler they are usually led by a flexible stainless steel hose to the fan and then into the chimney. The chimney should be lined, ideally with stainless steel, with a diameter at least as large as the boiler's outlet. On the side of the boiler is a control automation unit that switches the fuel dosing cycle and the smoke fan. The control unit and the boiler thermostat allow the boiler's outlet water temperature to be set between 60-90°C. It is important that the return line on the boilers is protected and that the return water to the boiler is above 65 °C. The recommended control is a four-way valve with a servo drive and ADEX Comfort 03 control. The boiler can be used for classic, underfloor or combined heating. It only depends on the control used.
