Automatic VARIMATIK VM100 boiler for burning brown coal, nut grade 2

Automatic VARIMATIK boilers are designed for burning brown coal, nut grade 2-3. Boilers of unrivalled high quality with perfect combustion on a rotating cast-iron grate — you'll save up to 70% of costs compared to gas heating! In the boilers, coal is fed by gravity, cyclically dosed onto the rotating grate at intervals so that the coal on the top part of the rotating grate burns out completely and the residue is as small as possible. The flue gas fan, which is included in the price, is supplied as standard up to a boiler output of 60 kW, and blows air into the interior of the grate, thereby supporting combustion. The resulting flue gases are led to the flue gas exchanger. From the boiler they are led, usually via a flexible stainless-steel hose, to the fan and then to the chimney. The chimney should be lined, ideally with stainless steel, with a diameter at least as large as the boiler's outlet. On the side of the boiler is the control automation, which switches the fuel-dosing cycle and the flue fan. The control unit and boiler thermostat allow the outlet water temperature from the boiler to be set between 60-90°C. It is important that the return line on the boilers is protected and that the return water to the boiler is above 65°C. The recommended control is a four-way valve with a servo drive and ADEX Comfort 03 control. The boiler can be used for classic, underfloor, or combined heating. It depends only on the control system used.

Automatic boiler VARIMATIK  VM100 is supplied with a fan. The boiler output is 105 kW. The burn-out time of the hopper depends on heat consumption, typically 2–5 days. The boiler needs cleaning every 2–3 days. It is suitable for smaller buildings, and in combination with solar energy, e.g. HEWALEX, IVAR, it is capable of saving considerable money.
