CIMM SOLAR series expansion vessels with capacities of 18, 35 and 50 litres, designed specifically for solar collector systems. Unlike standard heating expansion vessels, they are built to withstand the higher operating temperatures of the solar circuit.

What capacity of expansion vessel should I choose? It depends on the area and number of solar collectors and the volume of heat transfer fluid in the circuit - for larger systems, a capacity of 35 - 50 litres is chosen.
Can a CIMM SOLAR vessel be used for standard heating too? It is designed primarily for solar systems; for classic heating circuits we recommend standard expansion vessels.
