Automatic pellet boilers

They are designed for perfect pellet combustion: a pellet burner is built into the left or right side of the boiler, as required by the customer, and automatically draws pellets from the storage container using a screw conveyor. The fuel container is usually placed next to the boiler or in an adjacent room and can be of any size (standard sizes are 250, 500 or 1000 l). Part of the boiler room is also often used as a fuel store, which is then enough to last the whole heating season.

The pellet burner itself operates fully automatically. When the burner receives a start signal, or heating is needed, the conveyor feeds pellets into the burner nozzle and ignites them automatically with a heating element (spiral igniter). Once the pellets have sufficiently ignited, the burner ramps up to the set output, which it maintains until the system (the house) is heated. The burner then switches off and the pellets remaining in the burner chamber burn out. The burner is then ready for a new start. The whole cycle repeats itself whenever heating is needed again.
