Assembly manifold IVAR.CS 553 DRS, size: 1" x EK, 2-way
- PN 10, T = +120 °C
- the set includes: manifold with control unions, collector with shut-off valves, mounting brackets, 2 pcs ball valves with unions, 2 pcs end fittings with automatic air vent valve and rotary drain valve
- material: brass CW617N
Assembly for radiator heating or k sanitary distribution without pump fitted control valves.
Recommended for a temperature gradient of the radiator part of the system +75 ˚C / +65 ˚C
Fitted circulation pump: without pump (not is needed, since pump replaces boiler)
K to make it easier settings control parameters underfloor heating we recommend to fit set thermometers a flow meters.
Note: The seller is not responsible for functional defects caused by impurities in the system.
Before every commissioning heating's system, especially with combination underfloor a radiator heating, strongly we point out for flushing whole system according to instructions
manufacturer's. We recommend treatment heating's system with the product GEL.LONG LIFE 100.
Manifolds are installed in cabinets; their recommended lengths are given in the manifold table. Fitting the manifolds at the highest point is practically a requirement (watch out for level changes in the floor plan). The exception is venting small floor loops on a higher storey via a bathroom towel radiator. If the floor system is installed only in bathrooms, it is possible to use a pipe from the return branch of the radiator system with a polyethylene conduit, or a direct-acting temperature regulator can be used at the end of this parallel loop, which will ensure cooling to a low temperature level (caution! it must be thermally separated from the return of the radiator circuit with that it is not thermally affected).
