Brass manifold for underfloor heating, 7-way, 1" connection.
The manifold is the heart of the entire underfloor (or radiator) heating system - it distributes heating water from a single source (boiler, circulation pump) to the individual circuits, while also allowing each circuit to be regulated, vented and, if necessary, completely shut off separately without affecting the rest of the system. This means that, for example, when repairing one room you can shut off just its circuit while the rest of the house keeps heating.

Step-by-step installation
- Mount the manifold in a cabinet using the supplied brackets (the cabinet is purchased separately, see recommended accessories below) or directly on the wall on a sufficiently solid surface.
- Connect the flow and return from the heat source to the manifold's inlet and outlet (1").
- Screw the compression fitting matching your pipe diameter onto each branch and connect the individual underfloor heating circuits.
- Before starting up, thoroughly fill and vent the system - leave the automatic air vent valve slightly open until only water, with no air, starts to flow out of it.
- Regulate the flow on each circuit using the flow meters so that it matches the length and load of the given loop (longer or more heavily loaded circuits need a higher flow rate).
