2. Insert the pipe and the relevant EPDM seal into the union and make sure everything is clean and the sealing O-ring is undamaged.

3. Fit the nut onto the thread and hand-tighten; use an AC 670 / AC 671 wrench of the appropriate size for final tightening.

The rubber parts must never be lubricated with mineral oils - only silicone-based lubricant may be used on EPDM material.
