IVAR.CI 557 KS Manifold Assembly, size: 3/4" x EK, 2-way
- DUAL - assembly for combining underfloor heating with radiator heating
- PN 6, T = +90 °C
- connection thread, female 3/4” F
- material: brass CW617N
The assembly includes:
- manifold with flow meters
- collector with shut-off valves
- mounting brackets
- thermostatic valve with thermostatic head and separate immersion temperature sensor for constant-temperature control
- balancing fitting
- circulation pump with wiring
- safety thermostat
- 2 pcs automatic air vent valves
- thermometer
- 2 pcs rotary drain valves
Recommended for a radiator-circuit temperature gradient of +75 °C / +65 °C
Fitted with circulation pump: DAB.EVOSTA 2 40-70/130
Switching the circulation pump off is not part of the manifold assembly; it can be handled by a higher-level controller or by the IVAR.AC 614 E circulation-pump control thermostat.
Pump rotated to the front position A = 165, installation depth = 160 mm
Pump rotated to the side position A = 220, installation depth = 132 mm
Note:
The thermostatic valve at the assembly's inlet can alternatively be replaced with a thermostatic valve with Vats flow, Kv, type VDS 01, 02.
Caution:
- the flow meter is integrated into the balancing fitting on the inlet water
- the assembly is NOT intended for use in combination with a condensing boiler or a heat pump
- the seller is not liable for functional faults caused by contamination in the system
Notice:
Before commissioning the heating system, especially when combining underfloor and radiator heating, it is strongly recommended to flush the entire system according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend treating the system with GEL.LONG LIFE 100.
Manifolds are installed in cabinets; their recommended lengths are given in the manifold table. Installing the manifolds at the highest point is practically a requirement (watch for level changes in the floor plan). The exception is venting small underfloor loops on a higher floor via a bathroom towel radiator. If the underfloor system is used only in bathrooms, you can use piping from the return branch of the radiator system with a polyethylene sleeve, or fit a direct-acting temperature regulator at the end of this parallel loop, which ensures cooling to a low-temperature level (caution! it must be thermally separated from the radiator circuit return so that it is not thermally affected).

dobry den ja by som potreboval komplet rozdelovac pre podlahove kurenie ktore je kombinovane s radiatormi a kotol bude kondenzacny mam podlahove na dva okruhy.Mohli by ste mi niejaky komplet rozdelovac odporucit. A este som pocul ze sa k tomu dava aj trojcestny ventil je to pravda.Dakujem

Dobry den, no 5 cesty znamena ze rozdelovac ma 5 vyvodov, Ked mate velku plochu, tak je ju lepsie rozdelit na pať casti. Vacsia obyvacka, kde spotrebujete napriklad 250 metrov, tak na jeden okruh date 50 metrov.

na základe tel.hovoru z4.12.2020 píšem Vám vysvetlenie k mojej požiadavke ku zmiešavacej zostave ,,IVAR CI 557 KS"Po menšej nehode s Vysokozdvižným vozíkom sa mi poškodila časť rozdelovača k de je čerpadlo s ponornou jimkou na termostatickú hlavicu a s poistním termostatom.V celku by som potreboval celú prednú časť pred rozdelovačom, ,,čerpadlo s termostatom+ spodnú a hornú armatúru s teplomerom a s čídlom spojenú termostatickú hlavicu.
