Switching the circulation pump off is not part of the manifold assembly; it can be handled by a higher-level controller or by the IVAR.AC 614 E circulation-pump control thermostat.

Pump rotated to the front position A = 165, installation depth = 160 mm

Pump rotated to the side position A = 220, installation depth = 132 mm

 

 

Before commissioning the heating system, especially when combining underfloor and radiator heating, it is strongly recommended to flush the entire system according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend treating the system with GEL.LONG LIFE 100.

 

Manifolds are installed in cabinets; their recommended lengths are given in the manifold table. Installing the manifolds at the highest point is practically a requirement (watch for level changes in the floor plan). The exception is venting small underfloor loops on a higher floor via a bathroom towel radiator. If the underfloor system is used only in bathrooms, you can use piping from the return branch of the radiator system with a polyethylene sleeve, or fit a direct-acting temperature regulator at the end of this parallel loop, which ensures cooling to a low-temperature level (caution! it must be thermally separated from the radiator circuit return so that it is not thermally affected).
