Detailed information

Product detailed description

Compact pump GRUNDFOS CONLIFT 1

CONLIFT is a professional range of condensate pumps designed for a long service life and quiet operation. The product is an excellent choice for situations where condensate is generated at a point below the building's normal drainage level.

The pump's robust construction and built-in 2.6-litre tank make the CONLIFT 1 pump a reliable and effective element in any system.
CONLIFT 1 - an improved version  with Hmax=5.4m and Qmax=420 l/h.  It has a built-in  electric cable with  an electric plug, a built-in non-return valve, a discharge hose and connection adapters.

CONLIFT pumps remove condensate from boilers, flues, air-conditioning systems and refrigeration and freezing systems,  where the condensate collects below sewer level or cannot otherwise be pumped  into the sewer system or the building's drainage system. Condensate from boilers is aggressive

CONLIFT can pump out condensate with a pH value > 2.7 from boilers with a nominal output of less than 200 kW.

Frequently asked questions

  • How to choose the right performance (head) of a circulation pump? The head (expressed in metres) must cover the pressure losses of your specific heating circuit - these depend on the pipe length, the number of radiators/circuits and the resistance of the fittings. For a typical family house, a pump with a head of up to 6 m is usually sufficient; for larger or multi-zone systems, a higher head is chosen (8 m or more) - if in doubt, consult a heating engineer who can precisely calculate the flow and head for you.
  • What does the connection size (e.g. 6/4") on a pump mean? This is the threaded connection of the pump to the pipe - it must match the pipe diameter in your system, or a reducer must be used. This value must not be confused with the DN of the suction/discharge port, which indicates the bore of the pump's port itself.
  • What is the difference between a single-speed and a multi-speed/electronic pump? A multi-speed pump allows you to manually switch between several fixed power levels according to the needs of the system, while an electronic (controlled) pump smoothly adjusts its output automatically according to current demand - this means lower electricity consumption and generally quieter operation.
  • Why is the pump noisy, and can this be solved? Increased noise may be related to an incorrectly set (too high) power level relative to the needs of the system, the presence of air in the system, or the fact that the chosen model is not primarily designed for quiet operation in residential spaces. If the noise bothers you, we recommend trying a lower power level, thoroughly bleeding the system, or considering an electronically controlled model, which is generally quieter, especially at partial output.
  • Must installation be carried out by a professional? A handy DIY enthusiast can manage the actual installation of the pump into already prepared piping (with the correct threading); however, we recommend having the electrical connection to the power supply and commissioning, together with balancing the entire system, checked by a heating technician.

Zdravim, poprosil by som o radu, pripadne usmernenie: mam v rozvode SV a TV este aj tretiu ruru ,aby som mal na konci vedenia " ihned" teplu vodu.Vzdialenost od bojlela je cca 6m vyskovych.Na vratnej rure mam cerpadlo Grunfos 15 14B.Doteraz to fungovalo roky bez problemov,az raz ta tepla voda nie a nie prist.Cerpadlo ide, rozobral som to,toci lopatkovy rotor.Ked som to vymontoval,z jednej aj druhej strany voda isla, cize rury neboli zanesene.
