Product detailed description
Circulating pump for all water pipework in the house IBO OHI 25/40-180
IBO Ohi pumps are equipped with a 3-speed switch for mechanical rotor rotation, ensuring optimal electricity consumption depending on the specific conditions in the house. This circulation pump is designed for water.
Main advantages of the OHI model range:
- savings on electricity and boiler fuel
- standard dimensions
- ease of use and installation
- long trouble-free operation
- materials and parts are resistant to aggressive water environments and require no additional maintenance costs
- the design allows the control unit to be separated from the pump in case of fault or maintenance
- quiet operation even at higher speeds thanks to the bearing material used

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I choose the right power (head) of a circulation pump? The head (delivery height, measured in metres) must cover the pressure losses of your specific heating circuit - these depend on the length of the piping, the number of radiators/circuits and the resistance of the fittings. For a typical family house, a pump with a head of up to 6 m is usually sufficient; for larger or multi-zone systems, a higher head (8 m or more) is chosen - if in doubt, consult a heating technician who can size the flow rate and head precisely for you.
- What does the connection size (e.g. 6/4") on a pump mean? This is the threaded connection of the pump to the piping - it must match the pipe diameter in your system, or a reducer can be used. This value must not be confused with the DN of the suction/discharge port, which indicates the bore of the pump's own port.
- What is the difference between a single-speed and a multi-speed/electronic pump? A multi-speed pump lets you manually switch between several fixed power levels as the system requires; an electronic (controlled) pump adjusts its output smoothly on its own according to current demand - this means lower electricity consumption and usually quieter operation as well.
- Why is the pump noisy and can this be solved? Increased noise can be related to an incorrectly set (too high) power level for the needs of the system, air present in the system, or the fact that the chosen model is not primarily designed for quiet operation in living spaces. If the noise bothers you, we recommend trying a lower power level, thoroughly bleeding the system, or considering an electronically controlled model, which is usually quieter, especially at partial output.
- Does installation have to be done by a professional? Fitting the pump into already prepared piping (with the correct fittings) can be handled even by a skilled DIYer; we recommend having the electrical connection to the power supply and commissioning, together with balancing the whole system, checked by a heating technician.

Zdravim, poprosil by som o radu, pripadne usmernenie: mam v rozvode SV a TV este aj tretiu ruru ,aby som mal na konci vedenia " ihned" teplu vodu.Vzdialenost od bojlela je cca 6m vyskovych.Na vratnej rure mam cerpadlo Grunfos 15 14B.Doteraz to fungovalo roky bez problemov,az raz ta tepla voda nie a nie prist.Cerpadlo ide, rozobral som to,toci lopatkovy rotor.Ked som to vymontoval,z jednej aj druhej strany voda isla, cize rury neboli zanesene. Kde moze byt vada,ze to nevytlaci vodu tam kde ma ? Dakujem za radu. Belus
