    Electronic pump OMNIGENA 25/80 180mm AUTO
     

    The automatic energy-saving Omnigena pump is designed for circulation in small and medium-sized central heating circuits in residential construction. The pump can operate in water systems or circuits containing water with glycol in a 50/50 ratio. It is not permitted to use OMEGA 2 pumps in water systems or circuits containing water with glycol that may contain solid particles (e.g. pieces of rust). Before using the pump, a sediment filter must always be installed to protect the device from possible contamination. The temperature of the water in the circuit must not exceed 110 ° C and must not be lower than 5 ° C

    • The benchmark for the most efficient circulation pumps is EEI ≤ 0.20

     
    Pump installation
     
    • It is recommended to install the pump on the return pipe, i.e. in the front part of the stove. Ball valves should be installed immediately before and after the pump. 

     

    The pump must be installed so that:
     
    • The required water flow direction should match the arrow shown on the pump housing.
    • The circulation pump must always be in a horizontal position. Setting the pump axis in a different position will lead to premature wear of the bearing and pump block.
    • Electronics must not be placed under the pump; any water condensation from the motor housing can flood the electrical connections, leading to failure. Pump failure caused by flooding of the connection box is not covered by the warranty.
    • The room where the pump will be installed should not contain excessive humidity.
    • The pump should be easily accessible for maintenance and venting.
     
    Before starting, make sure the system is filled with water or glycol; the pump must not run "dry". Running "dry" will destroy the pump. Before starting the pump, set the speed to the highest (fastest) setting III, open the drain screw located on the rear wall of the motor and switch on the pump. If air particles are present in the water flow, the pump needs to be vented. 
     
     
    Pump operation and maintenance
     
    The device only requires a check of the pump when commissioning it, or after a longer period of inactivity (e.g. before the heating season). After a long period of rest, check that the motor shaft is not blocked. This should be done as follows: Open the venting screw. At the end of the opening, the end of a cylinder with a cross-section will be visible. Using a flat screwdriver, turn the shaft in the direction indicated on the pump housing. After performing these operations, tighten the venting screw and start the pump at the highest speed level.

    Dobrý deň, mrzí ma to, ale ani jedno z týchto čerpadiel u nás nie je dostupné. Rozdiel medzi nimi je v tom, že to prvé je elektronické. Avšak sú nahradené týmito : obyčajné - https://www.atria.sk/aquart-25-8-180/ elektronické - https://www.atria.sk/avansa-25-6-180e/ Prajem pekný deň.
