Wood gasification boilers – Generator

Boilers in the Generator range feature a special firebox lined on both sides with ceramic moldings, fitted in the lower part with openings for the supply of preheated primary air.
They are designed for burning wood, based on the principle of generator gasification using an extraction fan (S), which draws flue gases out of the boiler and forces combustion air into the boiler.
The boiler body is made as a welded assembly from quality steel sheets 3 to 8 mm thick. It consists of a fuel hopper (6 mm), fitted in the lower part with a gasification nozzle with a longitudinal opening for the passage of flue gases. The afterburning chamber below it is fitted with ceramic moldings for ideal combustion of all combustible substances with high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion. At the rear of the boiler body is a vertical flue gas duct, fitted at the top with a start-up damper. The upper part of the flue gas duct is fitted with an outlet spigot for connection to the chimney.
