Thermal insulation HAKL TB06 and HAKL TB10 under electric underfloor heating mats will provide you with greater comfort and money savings:

• prevents heat loss, the floor covering cools down more slowly after the thermostat switches off 
• ensures fast heating dynamics, the time needed to warm up the floor is thus at least half as short
• is reinforced with a covering render layer that prevents the heating cables from being pressed into the insulation
• easy installation: flexible adhesive (commonly sold for bonding ceramic tiles) is applied to a dry, cleaned floor, and the insulation board is glued onto it

• What is the fixing tape used for? It holds the heating cable/mat to the substrate at the required spacing before it is embedded in screed or adhesive.
