    Frequently Asked Questions

    • What volume of vertical heater is suitable for one person or a couple? A volume of 30 to 50 litres is usually sufficient; for higher hot water consumption (e.g. a bath), we recommend 80 litres.
    • How does the SIK series differ from standard EURO models? SIK models have a modified inner tank with higher corrosion resistance, which extends their service life, especially with harder water.
    • Can a vertical heater be mounted on a plasterboard wall? We recommend mounting it on a load-bearing wall or using suitable anchoring elements with sufficient load capacity, since a filled heater is quite heavy.
