ELÍZ EURO water storage heaters with a dry ceramic heating element use a design in which the heating element is not in direct contact with water. This means limescale does not build up on it as quickly as with a classic wet heating coil, which extends the element's service life and reduces the need for maintenance, especially in areas with harder water.

The EURO 51 to 201 range covers volumes from small heaters up to 201 litres, including the Z version with an adjusted connection position, so you can choose a model that exactly matches the size of your household and the available space.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the advantage of a dry ceramic heating element? The element is not in direct contact with water, so limescale does not build up as quickly and it has a longer service life.
  • What volume should be chosen for a household of 3-4 people? A volume of 120-151 litres is usually sufficient; for higher hot water consumption, we recommend the 201 model.
  • What does the designation Z mean in the EURO 151 Z model? It is a variant with an adjusted connection position for a specific type of installation.
