    FEKA VS 1200 T-NA Submersible sewage pump *AD*

    DAB.FEKA VS
     
    All-stainless-steel submersible sewage pump with a precision-cast impeller, suitable for pumping waste water and sludge water containing solids up to 50 mm in diameter.
    • Supplied with a 10-metre H07 RN-F cable; the cable on the single-phase version is fitted with a Schuko plug
    • Operating range: from 0 to 32 m3/h with a head of up to 14 m
    • Pumped liquid: waste and sewage water in general, non-aggressive
    • Liquid temperature range: from 0 °C to +35 °C for domestic use (EN 60335-2-41), from 0 °C to +50 °C for other uses
    • Maximum ambient temperature for operating the pump with a partially submerged motor: +40 °C
    • Maximum immersion depth: 10 m
    • Installation: fixed or portable, in a vertical position
    • Motor: dry, asynchronous, hermetically sealed, cooled by immersion in the pumped liquid
    • Double mechanical seal with an oil chamber in between
    • Operating range from 0 to 32 m3/h with a head of up to 14 m

    Plánujem použiť toto čerpadlo na čerpanie splaškovej vody zo záchytnej jamy pri rodinnom dome, kde sa občas vyskytujú tuhé nečistoty väčšieho rozmeru. Aký je maximálny priemer pevných častíc, ktorý čerpadlo FEKA VS 1200 T-NA zvládne prečerpať bez rizika upchatia?

    Čerpadlo DAB FEKA VS 1200 T-NA je konštruované špeciálne na čerpanie znečistených vôd a kalov s obsahom tuhých častíc, pričom maximálny priemer pevných nečistôt, ktoré čerpadlo zvládne bez problémov prečerpať, je 50 mm – čo ho robí vhodným aj pre náročnejšie splašky z domácností. Hydraulická časť je navrhnutá tak, aby minimalizovala riziko upchatia aj pri opakovanom výskyte hrubších nečistôt. Pre záchytné jamy pri rodinných domoch ide o veľmi bežné a osvedčené riešenie. Odporúčame však skontrolovať, či je prívodné potrubie dimenzované aspoň na rovnaký priemer, aby nevznikalo upchatia na trase za čerpadlom. V prípade záujmu vám vieme poradiť aj s výberom vhodného plaváčkového spínača alebo riadiaceho boxu pre automatickú prevádzku čerpadla.
