Note: The mixing ratio is set out in the instructions on the product label; the pH value during the
cleaning process must be checked continuously using a pH meter.

• How often should the filter/filter cartridge be changed or cleaned? The interval depends on the quality of the incoming water and how heavily it is used - we recommend regular visual inspection and cleaning/replacement according to the manufacturer's instructions, or whenever flow visibly drops.
• Where is the filter installed? Usually on the main water supply into the building, ahead of sensitive equipment (boiler, water system), so that it protects the whole downstream system from dirt.
• Must installation be carried out by a professional? We recommend having connection to the water system carried out by a plumber, especially if it requires cutting into existing pipework.
